Cable Cooling System for Cooling Jacket Advanced

Optris offers cabling solutions for operating temperatures up to 250 °C (482 °F). However, the Cooling Jacket Advanced is often used in environments that reach up to 315 °C (599 °F). To address this, the Cable Cooling System for Cooling Jacket Advanced allows cables to function in extremely hot environments above 250 °C (482 °F) by utilizing air-cooled, temperature-protected cables. The system comes with a comprehensive assembly kit. Additionally, a high-temperature flexible tube with a stainless steel mesh is available in lengths of 3 m, 5 m, and up to 8 m (9.84 ft, 16.4 ft, and up to 26.25 ft), providing versatile options for various applications. This ensures reliable performance and durability even in the most demanding conditions.

How long is the cable cooling system?

The cable cooling system is available in 3 m, 5 m and 8 m (9.84 ft, 16.4 ft, and 26.25 ft) length; beyond the cable cooling you should be outside of the very hot environment.

How much air pressure is required for the compressed air?

At least 1.1 bar is needed for the cooling system. However, for optimal performance and efficiency, we recommend a compression of 4 bar.
