Product Description
The Xi Series water-cooled housing ensures optimal performance of Xi infrared cameras in high-temperature industrial environments up to 250 C. It is made of durable stainless steel and includes a mounting bracket for precise positioning. With a recommended water flow rate of 1-5 liters per minute below 30 C, it prevents overheating. Compatible with shutter and air purge accessories, it protects the camera lens from contaminants for accurate temperature measurements.

The laminar air purge (Part-No.: ACXIAPL) is recommended to avoid condensation.
What other equipment needs to be considered for an order?
Please remember that USB, Ethernet, or IO cables running from the infrared camera to a computer or any other interface must also be ordered in the appropriate length and temperature range. (Part-No.: ACXIIO, ACXIET, ACXIETPOE, ACXIUSB, ACPIUSB5P). When ordering the water-cooled housing for a Xi series camera, please also order the appropriate cable with the cable gland for assembly. Otherwise, the device will not come assembled.
Can I combine an air purge, water cooling, and shutter?
Yes. If an Addition shutter is used for the Xi water cooling, please navigate to the shutter with Part No.: ACXISW. To ensure the correct configuration, please get in touch with the Optris sales team.
Will Optris assemble the accessory for me?
Yes, if the configurations are compatible and bought with an Optris infrared camera. Optris will assemble the infrared camera with an accessory in the factory.
