Optris GmbH & Co. KG announces that its cooperation with Shenzhen Optris Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. / 深圳市欧普士电子技术有限公司. has ended with immediate effect. Shenzhen Optris is no longer an authorized distributor of Optris products in China.

Since its establishment in 2004, Optris GmbH & Co. KG has been a leading provider of infrared measurement technology, specializing in the development and production of infrared sensors and thermal imaging cameras for industrial applications. The collaboration with Shenzhen Optris Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was originally established to strengthen Optris’ presence in China, one of the world’s most significant markets for infrared technology. Over the years, this partnership contributed to the distribution and support of Optris products in the region.

As part of a strategic realignment, Optris GmbH & Co. KG has decided to restructure its approach in China and will have no further association nor cooperation with Shenzhen Optris Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. This decision marks a new phase in Optris’ commitment to improving its market presence, ensuring greater transparency in pricing, and enhancing its direct support for customers in China.

Effective immediately, Shenzhen Optris Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is not affiliated with Optris GmbH & Co. KG.
